• Listing in our directory does not constitute an endorsement or warranty of any manufacturer.
• Manufacturers are independently operated businesses; we have no control over their products, services, or business practices.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for legitimate business purposes only.
• Not use the Service for spam, unsolicited marketing, or fraudulent activities.

5. Inquiry Routing

Our inquiry routing system uses email aliases (li83064420+companyID@gmail.com) to direct your message to the appropriate manufacturer. By submitting an inquiry, you acknowledge that:

• Your email address and inquiry content will be shared with the manufacturer.
• We act as a routing intermediary and are not responsible for manufacturer responses.
• Response times and quality depend solely on the manufacturer.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, China Mfg Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service or reliance on directory listings.

The Service's design, layout, organization, and compilation of content are owned by China Mfg Directory. Individual manufacturer names, logos, and product information remain the property of their respective owners. Manufacturer listings may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Content Accuracy and Reporting

If you find inaccurate, outdated, or misleading information in a directory listing, please report it to li83064420@gmail.com. We will investigate and update or remove the listing as appropriate.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international trade laws. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through binding arbitration.
